A Group Therapy Session in an Outdoor Environment

We are happy to invite you to a group therapy session with Gulnira Kuzhukeeva ( Protected content ) — a certified counseling psychologist (Moscow Institute of Professional Education), accredited gestalt therapist, and a member of the Society of Practicing Psychologists “Gestalt Approach” at the Moscow Gestalt Institute. Gulnira specializes in both individual and group therapy, with a special focus on working with trauma through the gestalt approach.

✨ One of her unique methods is a group therapy format through the diagnostic card game “Gestalter”. This game helps participants gain deeper insight into their emotions, inner conflicts, repressed desires, and needs. Thanks to its dynamic process, it becomes easier to identify a meaningful personal request, understand what is blocking it, and discover new solutions.

💠 During this session, we will:

Play the diagnostic card game “Gestalter” to quickly and clearly see the essence of your personal request

Experience emotions through movement as they arise during the game

Use metaphorical cards to discover your personal sources of inner strength and energy (your resource).
