We are going to this Public meeting on subject “what is the recipe for ageing well?”

Speakers (5.30-6.30pm) will include Professor Rose Anne Kenny – founding Principal Investigator of The Irish Longitudinal Study in Ageing in Ireland (TILDA) Ireland’s primary research study on ageing, Francis Brennan – Hotelier, TV personality and author of Age is Just a Number, and other surprise guests for Q & As.

We will most likely go for an energising drink or glass of red somewhere afterwards!
