Free Outdoor Sunday Morning Yoga
Namaste! Lets get together to do a free Hatha Yoga session together. This session is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. The session will enhance your physical fitness and also work in bringing about inner allignment to usher in emotional balancing, mental clarity and inner tranquility:)
We will start off with a few breathing exercises (pranayama) to relax and ease into present being before we proceed to doing postures (asanas) and flows (vinyasa). The last 5 mins we will wrap up the session with a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to slip into and enjoy a deep state of relaxed sleep:)
This is a free event. Please let your friends know but do get them to rsvp here so I will know the number of attendees to expect for the session. Please bring along a towel/cloth/mat to do your practise on.
