Relaxing Yoga + Meditation On The Beach
Please join us to spend a relaxing evening by practising guided Yin & Yang yoga poses with the support of some props such as yoga straps, blocks and towels.
We will have a combination of Yin ( Passive ) and Yang (Active) yoga session. The Yin portion is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that teaches us to relax and accept ourselves just as we are. All poses are held for Protected content so that the muscles can relax and allow the deep connective tissues surrounding the hips, thighs, and lower back to be gently stretched.
The Yang portion during the practice allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and alignment with a Vinyasa ( dynamic ) flow.
What to bring :
1. Yoga mat
2. Yoga strap ( or an old tie if you do not have a yoga strap)
3. Yoga block ( if you have one / optional )
4. Big towel
5. Water bottle
