Breathing Right - the QiGong Way (Online Event)
How we breathe can make a huge difference in our energy level, mood, mental acuity, health, and overall wellbeing.
Come and learn the proper way to breathe, according to QiGong, a system of self-cultivation exercises with roots in Taoist tradition and philosophy dating back over 3,000 years.
We will have a quick introduction to QiGong, and then go straight into learning 5 different types of breathing and their uses.
Please participate from a quiet place, with room to stand or sit and stretch your arms out.
