Looking for a peaceful way to start your Sunday?
Come join a warm and welcoming group of like-minded friends for a simple mindfulness session in nature.
π§ββοΈ Weβll sit together in silence for about 30β45 minutes, just being present and breathing with awareness.
Itβs a gentle, no-pressure practice β and yet it can bring powerful benefits:
- Feel more calm and centered
- Become more aware of your thoughts and emotions
- Reconnect with nature and yourself
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on
- Insect repellent
- Water
- Come in comfortable attire for sitting
(Optional) β After we care for our minds, feel free to join us for coffee or breakfast nearby β a lovely way to nourish the body and connect with each other.
