A new sports project 'Mom to Mom (Sport for support)' invites both local and expat moms living in Vilnius to take part in minitrampoline workouts twice a week and Saturday tea parties once a month with inspiring keynote speakers.

All activities are free of charge and use simple Lithuanian to help expat moms practice their linguistic skills :)

Wednesday and Friday are workout days. Sessions start at midday and take 60 minutes. Address: Zirmunu str. 1 E, 2nd floor (to the left), Vilnius, Palace of entertainment, sports anf culture.

NB! May 1, Wednesday, will be a festive day. Workout will start at 5 PM.

Workouts on minitrampolines (or rebounders) are being led by Mr. Milda Eidukevičiūtė, a favorite couch of mums. Milda is just back from New Zeland and full of positive energy :)

Saturday tea club meetings include mom-to-mom conversations, quizzes, surprises and enriching seminars on health-enhancing, including meditation, breathing, non-medicated stress management, etc.

Saturday meetings start at 10 AM and take Protected content . Meeting venue: Vilnius city Municipality, Room 216, Konstitucijos avenue 3.
