Brisk Walk 10k Tuesday | Socialise at End

This is a walk for everyone. However, brisk walking must be the aim. According to Harvard Medical school brisk walking brings multiple benefits (see below)

• OPTION: YOU CAN JOIN AT 19:00 at the beginning of the grammiko park Nechrou Street ( Protected content )
•WE START walking at 18:30 am
•WE SOCIALISE rest and socialise at a coffee shop at the end
WHY JOIN?
1) Its free
2) You will not believe you completed a 10k
3) Meet new friends. Walking is an effective way of getting to chat with everyone. Socialise at the end.
4) Improve your overall wellbeing:
According to the Harvard Medical school: Overall, brisk walking is a simple and effective way to improve your physical and mental health:
1) Improves cardiovascular health
2) Helps with weight management
3) Strengthens muscles and bones (helps increase bone density, which reduces the risk of osteoporosis)

6) Enhances cognitive function (brisk walking can improve cognitive function, including memory, attention, and concentration)
7) Increases energy levels: Brisk walking increases blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles, which can increase your energy levels and reduce fatigue.
