First Snow - CONFIRMED Hiking to Charmant Som, Chartreuse
Let's touch the first snow and fresh air this Sunday at a low altitude in La Chartreuse.
Hiking experience in winter conditions is requested, and proper winter equipment mandatory.
Meeting at 9.15am at the N62 bus station at Notre-Dame Musee in Grenoble for a departure by bus at 9.30am to Sarcenas Col de Porte.

We will lunch rapidly at the top of Charmant Som, and/or at one col de Porte small restaurant at 2PM.
So please take anyway food with you and water for at most 4 hours hiking.
It will be winter conditions 0 / -7 degrees celsius and little wind, so very warm 3 layers clothes. Goretex or windstopper jacket, gloves, hat, warm mountain shoes, wollen socks, gaiters, sun glasses and sunscreen mandatory. Hot drink recommended.
