Enchanted Walks – A Hypnotic Mindful Morning Immersion

Let’s welcome the day with a gentle, joyful walk that awakens your senses, and uplifts your spirit.
Enchanted Walks is not just a walk — it’s a way to experience the world differently. As we move together, I will guide you to bring elements of Qigong, mindfulness, NLP and presence into each step — awakening your senses and fully arriving in the moment where colors seem brighter, sounds feel crisper, and the present moment becomes a beautiful adventure.
This experience is inspired by “Bliss Walks” in academic research on happiness, but we’ll take it a step further — using tools that gently unlock deeper inner states of joy, calm, and clarity much faster than normal.
Expect soft movement, meaningful silence, expanded awareness, unbearable beauty 😉and lots of smiles. 🌞
No experience needed — just bring your curiosity, comfortable shoes, and an open heart. 💗
