Strengthen Mental and Emotional Resilience in Challenging Times
Covid has been among the greatest crises of our generation and put huge strains on people in many ways.
So in line with Mental Health Month, Singapore Business and Professional Women's Assoc (SBPWA) and Internations has invited speaker Rachpal Kaur Tulsi to talk about how we can better manage mental and emotional resources when faced with major life challenges. The key to this is understanding how we react to changes and stresses, and dealing with VUCAH -- volatility (V), uncertainty (U), complexity (C), ambiguity (A) and hyperconnectivity (H).
Rachpal Kaur Tulsi has over 25 years’ experience in training, customer service, organisational development, mentoring and coaching. She specialises in delivering training programmes for developing personal and organisational leadership through changing beliefs and mindset.
