Hosting Ghada Aziz, in the Fitness industry for 30 years specifically certified in Yoga & Pilates and owner of Mint Yoga Pilates Studio Nicosia, Cyprus.
Holds an elite qualification as an instructor for BodyBalance of Les Mills in Cyprus.
Certified Yoga teacher from YogaWorks in Greece and YogaBarn FIT project in Bali, Indonesia.
Certified Pilates teacher from Stott Pilates in Toronto, Canada in both Matt, Reformer and Barre.
With all the uncertainty of this last period this class will help ground you and reduce anxiety. It is a level 2 intermediate yoga class but can be accessible to all levels with a 7 min meditation towards the end.
Required: Mat, blanket, towel / pillow, water bottle, No food / caffeine for at least 30 min prior to class.
If you have lower back pain knee or elbow pains please inform Ghada before workout, also please notify her if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart problems or if your are wearing a pace maker.
As usual please consult your doctor before workouts.
The classes offered are generally safe, but it is up to you, the Participant, to ensure safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations.
