Described by Rheinzeitung as "the new star of the piano world" for her emotional interpretations and technical mastery that deeply touch the audience, Lal Karaalioğlu is notable for her solo and chamber music concerts, as well as for projects she develops considering the relationship between art and society and the contemporary role of classical music.

Among all foreign students studying at German universities, Lal Karaalioğlu was awarded the Protected content Award for her outstanding academic achievement and contribution to society. In October Protected content , she was accepted to the Heidelberger Frühling LiedAkademie, where she studied and performed with various singers for a year under the mentorship of Thomas Hampson. She formed the duo lané with soprano Neima Fischer, with whom she continues to perform. Lal, one of five young artists selected for the Beethovenfest Talents program as part of the Protected content , performed in both chamber music concerts and performances.
