Dealing With THE Emotions
Maybe you feel a lot of emotions these times, or maybe you have difficulties to connect to them. Maybe you 'just have a lot of thoughts'. But, as the french psychiatrist Christophe André puts it: our emotions move forward disguised in thoughts.
That is why it might be useful to remember together and revise some healthy ways of dealing with emotions and practice during a short guided meditation.
