Semi Outdoor Joint Mobility Training and Stretching
DO YOU WANT HEALTHY JOINTS? Let's give our joints some love!
This session is led by a movement professional, helping us to develop maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion, by using a movement enhancement and joint training program based in scientific principals and research.
We are here to develop active, usable motion that one possesses. The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximise their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Improving mobility and movement potential will act to safe-guard your joints health by developing strength and control over them, by improving the function of your nervous system. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
This session is suitable for all those who would like to utilise mobility training, who cares to develop and maintain articular health, and who would like to strengthen their Joints. I would highly recommend those who are in rehabilitation, and those who are looking for performance enhancement in their sports.
Bring lots of drinking water. Wear the basics that are comfortable. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
