Cycling in team is great Fun - Tai Wai to Tai Po and then back to Tai Wai
Bike & Helmet - bring your own or rent
Clothing - comfy sportswear (spare T shirt), bike pants (if you have them)
What to bring: water, sunglasses, cap, gloves, sunblock
