Intermediate 3h Hike - Central, Pic Shan Path, High West, Peak
This is an intermediate Sunday morning (9:30) hike finishing at The Peak. The route takes about 3 hours depending on the pace, is a 450m uphill climb.
We will start at Conduit Road by the very top of the Mid-Levels Escalator at 09:30 prompt (please be 5 minutes early), it is near the bus stops on Robinson Road (buses: 45A, 45S, 56, 56A, 56B). We then head along to Conduit Road and along to Pic Shan Path, round above Kennedy Town to Harlech Rd, up to High West, then down and over towards The Peak.
The walk is mostly easy but a bit rough underfoot for 30% of the time (we may go through the bush a bit), so please wear suitable shoes, the route is mostly shaded but still hot so you need 1L+ of water... the steps and uphill will get your legs working hard!
Weather is due to be sunny spells with some light rain.
