Flow and Restore
Start your week with a well-rounded yoga sequence to restore shoulders and back area, to strengthen and stretch muscles, to open through the chest and hips, to improve your posture, balance, and focus. Guided Pranayama (breathing techniques) quietens the mind, enhances lung capacity. Deep relaxation with elements of yoga Nidra to end the practice.
Afterward we can chat on zoom. The link to join will be messaged to attendees on the day of the event.
