Working out turning boring? Try Bouldering and Rock Climbing! Ever changing kaleidoscopic puzzles to solve with your body by stimulating your mind on the possibilities of the human body. Be surprised at simple changes to a body posture easing everything that would have shredded your soft hands and pumped up your forearms.
Protected content is one holistic gym with an arsenal of facilities aside from Bouldering. Working area with WiFi and Power ports for the workaholics, Weights for legs day, Pool and Threadmills for Aquathon training, Room for Yoga and stretching, what else do you need?
Climbing can develop upper body strength such as your bicep, triceps and lats, also your quads, heels and toes have to work together to make the best climbing experience. Are you game for it?
