Outdoor Workout Session + Picnic
Welcome to another InterNations weekend workout!
Given the great success of the first, we are repeating it in November... you shouldn't miss out ;)
Join us on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 12:00 for a great outdoor workout followed by a relaxing picnic.
Our amazing personal trainer will be Alexandru Balan (@balan.alexandru.stefan). He will be guiding us through the correct movements and exercises during the workout. It’s a great opportunity to meet new and interesting people, and start on the path to health.
The workout will comprise of a warm-up, bodyweight exercises and a stretching session, so please make sure to have proper clothing (comfortable pants, T-shirt or hoodie, sneakers, etc), a bottle of water and a yoga mat/beach towel.
You can bring your own meal, and after the workout we will sit down for a picnic. During lunch, Alex will talk to us about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
