How to Forgive
Welcome to the controversial topic of Forgiving. What does it mean to forgive or not forgive psychologically? State of mind, shift in perspective, emotional or physical feeling?
This Japanese story will give us some answers.
We will then look into why some people hurt others - due to learned unhealthy patterns of behavior or history of suffering?
We will do Hawaiian forgiveness meditation.
And Open Heart Letter Exercise.
Do we inherit emotional baggage from our caregivers? If something is not working in our life, how can we find a blind side? And how to reprogram ourselves?
This is the second meeting in this series on How to Forgive. There is a 6 lesson course with the same name. Some exercises from the course are used in this event.
