Finding Your Voice!
In Finding your Voice session - Sarjit would discuss on potential causes of our communication challenge such as trauma, fear, shyness, old conditioning, limiting beliefs etc.
Thereafter she will do a couple of exercises with participants to let go of those emotions. They include breathing, tapping on meridian points through Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), forgiveness and vocalising through singing.
The session is followed by Meditation on Loving-Kindness.
The session is open to all and free of charge.
