In this stressful time, I'd like to help give what you need most while quarantined - a way to:
- relieve stress
- handle anxiety, unease & the blues w/ a smile
- lose weight without traditional exercise
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:
- bolster your immune system in a proven* manner
You can get those benefits and more, for free, with LAUGHTER.
NOT "watch a sitcom" laughter, but intentional, vigorous laughter for at least Protected content . Hearing others laugh will make you laugh or just fake it until you make it. Re: health benefits, our bodies can't tell the difference between simulated & real laughter.
When my classes were rained out, I'd host a conf. call and we'd just laugh - vigorously - for 20 minutes. No talking. No laughter exercises; just pure, unadulterated laughter. That's what I'm hoping to re-create.
Anyone can join via phone or laptop, including kids & seniors! Pass the info to your people. Let's help the many do everything in their power to try to resist catching the virus or try to mitigate its effects. +If this call catches on, I'll consider making it a daily event.
