Looking for a peaceful way to start your Sunday?
Come join a warm and welcoming group of like-minded friends for a simple mindfulness session in nature.
🧘♀️ We’ll sit together in silence for about 30 minutes, just being present and breathing with awareness. No need to try to solve anything.
It’s a gentle, no-pressure practice — and yet it can bring powerful benefits:
- Feel more calm and centered
- Become more aware of your thoughts and emotions
- Reconnect with nature and yourself
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on
- Insect repellent
- Water
- Come in comfortable attire for sitting
(Optional) ☕ After we care for our minds, feel free to join us for coffee or breakfast nearby — a lovely way to nourish the body and connect with each other.
