For the last concert of his tour, the Quatuor Molinari offers the public music of America. John Zorn's colorful Cat O'Nine Tails is like a mosaic, made up of more than sixty sections, all of them independent of each other, with no link between them. This juxtaposition creates humorous and unexpected moments.

Commedia dell'arte by Ana Sokolovic has its roots in the Italian Commedia dell'arte of the 16th century. The ten movements, each representing a character from Commedia, are as many pieces of character as they are suggestive pieces.

Finally, the 11th quartet of Schafer has as a guideline a theme of passacaglia resembling that of a great master of the Baroque who walks his 5 movements.
