We are thrilled to welcome Laurence Ployez, owner and cellar master of Ployez-Jacquemart. Ployez-Jacquemart is a family run champagne house, established by Laurence’s grandparents, the husband-and-wife team of Marcel Ployez and Yvonne Jacquemart in Protected content . The essence of Ployez-Jacquemart rests in their continual search for excellence and remarkable abilities to make truly fine wines with skills that have been passed down through three generations. Deep-seated pride in their product and heritage are the cornerstones of their traditional approach to champagne production. Their wines that are predominantly from their Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the villages of Ludes and Mailly Champagne and are found on the wine lists of gourmet restaurants in France and around the globe, a clear testament to their consistent pursuit of perfection.
