A Night With Wagner, Bruch & Brahms!

Hello folks,
This time I'm glad to invite you to this magnificent concert.
OFUNAM opens this concert with the overture to Richard Wagner's opera Tannhäuser, composed between Protected content 1845, which introduces us to the central conflict of the protagonist, who struggles between spiritual and carnal love. This is followed by a presentation of Max Bruch's Scottish Fantasia, written in Protected content dedicated to the violinist Pablo de Sarasate. The work, structured in four movements, is based on Scottish folk melodies and will be performed by Danish violinist Nikolaj Szeps-Znaider. The second part of the concert features Johannes Brahms's Symphony No. 4, completed Protected content ago in Protected content , which was the composer's final symphony.
