Driving licence in Al Ain

Dear colleagues,
I'm new in UAE, living in Dubai, but due to my employer residence (Kizad Abu Dhabi), I can pass driving licence only in Abu Dhabi, so I'm thinking about Al Ain or Abu Dhabi as a place to pass my tests and practical lessons. I'm from Ukraine, so my home licence are not valid in UAE. Maybe someone had that kind of experience recently and can explain how is the process and where I need to start?
