Coming to Almaty

Hello everyone, i am new here. We have been expats in the Philippines and we just found out our next destination is Almaty.
We will go with a newborn and a 4y old who suffers epilepsy, would love to know if there are medical facilities western standard with English speaking doctors.
Also if the area of Haileybury School is close to the business district and there are houses for expats.
If someone could help i will really apreciate. We don't speak russian and are a bit lost about what to expect. Thanks!
