Cost of Hiring a Maid/Nanny (Amman)

We will soon be moving to Amman. I have 2 young children and both my husband and myself work full time, so we will need to hire a nanny.

Can someone please tell me what the costs of hiring a live out versus a live in maid/nanny would be?

Must we sponsor her visa? If so, how much does that cost?

Any general advice on how to find someone? Are there good agencies that help with recruitment and the visa process?
