Spaniards in Amman and House and Car Hunting

Hi everybody. My family (husband and 2 kids) have just arrived to Amman from Madrid (we are Spaniards) and we are trying to find out another Spaniards and Spanish speakers living in Amman as well as a beautiful new home around Abdoun (we like this area, but don´t discard others) and a useful car for us Protected content would be ok). We really appreciate whatever help you can provide us to check in the right places (about the house, we like compounds or residencial areas - with swimming pool and garden so the children can play outside -due to the fact that there are not much parks in the city...-; and regarding the car, we are interested in reliable options). What do you recommend us?
