Currency Exchange Location (Atyrau)

It's my first day in Atyrau. Does anyone know where I can exchange USD to KZT? I am sure some hotels may have this service but I'm not sure if they are willing to provide currency exchange to non-guest. I'm staying at Residence Ardarger and unfortunately they do not have currency exchange.
