can anyone tell me where i might see a sample of a contract one would use when employing a pembantu or other staff members in and around the home? in australia we had a cleaner but she just came for 6 hours on a friday and a contract really wasnt needed as she was a casual employee! i also worry that with the language barrier, sometimes the job outline might not be clear and it would be good to have things in writing so you can both refer back to if there is some sort of confusion but im not sure exactly what sort of things should be covered and how its best written? any tips on how it works here? if someone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!
