Do any Prepaid GSM SIM cards in Spain work abroad? (Barcelona)

Hi,
I need to get a Spanish GSM number and I'd like to buy a pre-paid (pay as you go) SIM card.
Yet, I will be travelling outside of Spain at times and I will still need to receives calls and SMS while abroad. Does anyone know which Pre-paid SIM cards work outside of Spain?
