First Italian Cooking Course

Chef Mirko Deroma and sommelier Bruno Cesena will give this course on Tuesdays, March 10, 17, 24 and 31, from 7pm to 9.30pm, in a professional kitchen in Bonanova area.
Title: Eat and drink the italian way
March 10th: Fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli
March 17th: From north to south, Italian sauces
March 24th: Meats and fishes
March 31st: The desserts: not only tiramisù!
The course will be held in Spanish and attendance fee is 90 Euros.
Last half hour of each evening will be devoted to Italian wines tasting, included in the price.
