Providing the basic tools to reduce muscle tension, and increase physical mobility through the practice of Pilates exercises. Teaching simple techniques of breathing, relaxation, self-massage, digital stimulation of acupuncture points in order to eliminate basic pains such as headaches, muscle tension, stress, constipation, anxiety, insomnia, etc..
