Chinese debit card with VISA logo (Beijing)

Hi guys,

I have been here for a while and I have a standard Chinese debit card(s), but this time what i need to do is to get a Chinese debit card with VISA logo on, to be able to charge things online. Is it possible? Some banks say yes, some banks only say it's possible if I get a Chinese credit card, which I don't want to do and I'm not eligible for it.

Thoughts?
