Belgrade jobs and visa

Hi,
I might be crazy, but I'm planning to move to Belgrade for love....

I've only very briefly researched visas and found out that I have to be sponsored by an employer to get a working visa. Is this correct - are there any other avenues I could try?

I'm a native english speaker, that is the only language I speak and I don't have experience teaching english. I work in Audiovisual/Video conferencing/IT support and audio post-production, but willing to do anything I can get really.

How realistic am I being - thinking of relocating and finding work in Belgrade.

Also any other advice and info would be appreciated.
