Dear Bodrum Expats;
I am living in Turgutreis and running for three days of week in the shore line. I start my runs at 07:30 and end up in 08: Protected content .
I am new to running and run for 20 mins mixed with brisk walking. My plan is to run for 30 minutes continious running in 4 weeks and continue on this programme for 5 times a week afterwards.
I need motivation for this I'd like a running buddy. If anyone interested please msg me or write under this post.
