Bank ATMs with reasonable commisions (Bogotá)

Hey,
I've noticed that the commission that every bank charges for cash withdraw is really varies from one place to another
One thing for sure, it's extremely expensive (10, Protected content COP per withdrawal), without the other charges

Is there any bank in particular that you would recommend? I'm using VISA card (not Colombian)
