Not sure if this is the right plce to ask, apologies in advance if not.
My Spanish is so-so and conversational. When I have issues that require a higher level, it can be very difficult. I am never sure if I sully understand what is happening. I had problems with Claro that were never resolved and now I think I have problems with Bank Colombia. I am going this morning, but banking Spanish, I not have. I hope they will have someone who can speak some English, but that is rare here. If I need help, can anyone volunteer? I am not working so I cannot pay :( especially as I am rapidly losing what money I have to live on here because of these issue that keep popping up. I am in La Candelaria. Thanks so much.
