I need to buy some fancy French spice mixes for someone, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any specialty markets that have international spices. In lieu of that, what would be the nicest Carulla or Jumbo in town? In the most exclusive/richest neighborhood, I suppose. Which would be...? Thanks for any and all tips in advance!
