Getting driving license (Bogotá)

Hi all,

I have still my European driving license (Dutch) and want to get my Colombian one. It is said that you need to take courses and an exam. It seems a bit to much, because I already know how to drive (even the Colombian way :). So 2 questions:

1) Is there another way to get your Colombian driving license than taking courses?
2) If courses are hard to skip, which driving school (close to La Floresta/Niza/Pontevedra) will be the best?
