Hi NE 2 VISA and TP4 Extension (Bogotá)

Hi All, Looking for information on Colombian NE 2 VISA. Any members in Bogota on that VISA category. Have a specific question does it enable working here in Bogota. Im on TP4 VISA whch is expiring by March'15 and the info that I have is that extension is not possible for TP4 without getting into contract with current on site deputation employer which my parent company is not advocating...Any info to enable me to continue to stay here in Colombia will be welcome. I 'm hoping the NE2 VISA is a right category and my parent company can bill the client here. ... I'm a Quality Consultant with a leading Insurance MNC...
