Package Forwarding Service (Bogotá)

Is anyone using a reliable package forwarding service? I was using one until they failed to enclose part of what I bought. And, claimed to have packed it when they did not. I am reluctant to use a service that is at best, disorganized. At worst, dishonest. These services will accumulate your purchases sent to their address, gifts from Mom, whatever, and then forward them. They collect the taxes and do all the paperwork. Very convenient and very reasonably priced - providing you actually get your things. I am looking for a new service, Thanks!
