Package from Bogota to Munich? (Bogotá)

Hello everyone:

I'm trying to send a few colombian snacks and sweets from Bogota to Munich in Germany, to a very good friend of mine, so I wonder if any of you know about a reliable courier service that doesn't ask too much formalities... I was thinking about FedEX but they want me to fill out an extremely boring and difficult form from the FDA, as the package will be in the United States at some point and all the articles are food.
I know security is an important issue but sometimes all the requirements are just too much!
