Portuguese Practice (Bogotá)

Hey Guys:
My kids are taking Portuguese at IBRACO and I am looking for somewhere they can go and practice, like a conversation club of some sort. Most events are at locations they cannot attend since they are under-age Protected content 16).
I would really appreciate any suggestions!
