Schools, apartments, general information (Bogotá)

Does anyone know a good affordable biligual school for my six your old daughter? We are planning to move to Bogota in January and are looking for apartments in Colina Campestre and I would like to know if there are any good affordable biligual schools in the area. Any other kind of information or tips on the Colina area regarding schools, apartments, jobs etc is more then welcome as I don´t know Bogota and am not really sure where to begin.
