TP-4 advice (Bogotá)

Hi all,

I am in the process of getting my TP4 visa but I found the info on the website of the cancilleria ambiguous. I will work for a company that has recently been created and for this reason it doesn't have the required documents yet (such as extractos bancarios, declaración de renta). With my boss I decided I will go for a contract with him as a 'persona natural'. I'm uncertain of the implications of this decision - does anyone of you hace experience with this?

Is there anything else that I should take into account when applying for this kind of visa?

Is there, apart from a specific recommendation letter, anything else that could help my application?
