Medical certificate (Bucharest)

Hi, everybody!

I'm confused with one point in the list of papers required for a resident permit – a medical certificate.

I'm not finding any discussions of that, it is not mentioned in threads related to permits, but is listed on the IGI site among other required documents. When I asked in couple of medical places in Bucharest, they said they don't know anything. Currently I'm out of the country and I couldn't get any answers from ReginaMaria, Medlife and similar via email.

So, where should that be done? What is the procedure and how long does it take? Do I need anything from my home country? Or maybe it could be all done in home country and then legalised&translated?
